Responsible for managing customer relationship by serving as the single point of contact during and after engagements, business development, drive quality metrics, improve efficiency and managing PnL. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Managed global delivery account with a team of around 1000 and a portfolio size of USD 54 million. 2. Responsible for the overall delivery, revenue, financials, operating margin, capability building, performance management, client engagement/satisfaction, employee satisfaction and development.


Director, Prolysi Software Solutions

All successful account migrations with no rollbacks, accounting for quality and customer satisfaction. 3. Delivery management for SAP Business Intelligence report development. This includes both regulatory & business critical reports 4. Collaborated with the business, product and key stakeholders in a manner that's comprehendible. 5. Responsible for global initiative – to implement a software monitoring tool called ITRS across all global regions for 90+ countries including Poland and Paraguay, the tool monitors hardware usage, Autosys job failures and application failure. This resulted in significant reduction in major incidents as the issues were found and fixed before they could cause a production outage. This also helped in achieving 10% reduction in major incidents on a yearly basis.
